Felipe A. Díaz Gómez

Saxophonist

Teacher, Musical Director and interpreter of Transverse Flute, clarinet,

saxophone and guitar. Interpreter and director of the Bacatá Saxophone Quartet

Big sax (2020), Founder and director of the instrumental vocal group of

music Bacatá Big Band (2013) founder and director of the vocal group

school music instrumental The Petitte Big Band (2005-2016).

He advanced musical studies at the Fundación Orquesta Juvenil de

Colombia at the Luis A Calvo Academy, the University of Cundinamarca, and

Bachelor of Arts Francisco José de Caldas District University.

His career as a music instrumentalist has allowed him to participate in

various festivals and musical groups such as: flutist of the orchestra

Symphony Youth of Colombia, member of the Youth Symphony choir

from Colombia, Flutist of the REAL BIG BAND group, flutist and

guitarist of the chamber quartet Sueños de Arte, guitar and charango in

the Guandy group.

Currently his musical impulse stands out in teaching, participating in

various musical projects with children and young people in Colleges and Schools

of musical formation of the city of Bogota.
